County or City Customer?

Pasquotank County and the City of Elizabeth City have separate water systems.

We are the water provider for the citizens of Pasquotank County who reside outside city limits.

There are some exceptions, but generally, if an address is inside city limits, water service is provided by the City of Elizabeth City Water Department. Please contact the Elizabeth City Customer Service office, located at 306 East Colonial Avenue, to establish service.
