“Citizen Portal” is our new one-stop online integrated customer service and payment portal. Billing information is available to customers when they pay their bills online. Citizen Portal offers a wide range of payment options. Information is presented in a format that is easy to view and use on mobile devices and is available 24/7 via the Internet. Automatic Bank Draft (ABD)

This service is completely free. There is no need to pay postage, USPS mail service delays are avoided, and you save time and fuel expense driving to the office. Never “forget” to make your payment on time. Download the form, fill it out, and fax or bring it to the office. Bank account and routing number info is required on the form, so to protect your security, do not email the form to us.
