This sale shall be held at the following location: Pasquotank County Courthouse 206 East Main Street Elizabeth City NC 27909, as designated by the Clerk of Superior Court on the 6th day of September, 2024 at 10:00 o'clock am.  

The execution was issued pursuant to a judgment duly recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Pasquotank County, in the name of the judgment debtor Thomas James Mason. 

     The real property being sold is described as that certain tract(s) of land lying and being in Elizabeth City Township, Pasquotank County, North Carolina. The real property listed for taxes or special assessments for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 in the name of Thomas James Mason, the judgment debtor, and is described as follows:

Property Map #58-G-23: Being  known and designated as Lots # 21 and 23 on plat of Highland Park Residential Co., which plat is recorded in Book 41, Page 264, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Pasquotank County, NC. Said lots facing Hemlock Street 50 feet each and extending back therefrom between parallel lines 100 feet to an alley.  Reference is made to Deed Book 968, Page 755 in Pasquotank County Public Registry.
